• Community involvement

Our top priority: people.

We are passionate about supporting the doers in our company and in society. Because only together can we improve. Our cooperation partners share the same values. We are pleased to present selected projects:

Teach for Austria

Since 2012, we have supported the independent, non-profit educational initiative “Teach for Austria”. This initiative creates future opportunities for children and young people from socio-economically disadvantaged families.

“Papier macht Schule”

How is wood turned into paper? Does woodfree paper really not contain any wood? Where does the wood for paper production come from? What are the properties of paper and cardboard? And who even produces paper and cardboard?

The initiative “Papier macht Schule” (literally: paper catches on) provides teachers and students with answers to these and many other questions. Whether it is further training, tours along Geocache paths, the paper experiment boxes, workshops, teaching material or career guidance: knowledge is conveyed in many different ways, always specifically tailored to the age and knowledge level of the children and young people.

20th El Jem Concert of the Vienna Opera Ball Orchestra

We are pleased to support the annual El Jem concert in Tunisia as a sponsor since 2019. Under the motto “Classical music under 1,001 stars”, young and old enjoy the sounds of the best orchestras.

ASKÖ Laakirchen Papier

Our subsidiary Laakirchen Papier AG in Upper Austria supports the local fistball club, ASKÖ Laakirchen Papier, which has celebrated many great successes with its children’s, youth, women’s and men’s teams. In spring 2019, the women’s junior team “Paper Girls” won the national under-19 championship title for Laakirchen.

Albertina

Since 2009 we have supported the Albertina Museum. In line with the motto “collect, preserve and communicate”, we contribute to preserving Austrian and international cultural heritage and, among other things, supported the realization of the ambitious “Der Blaue Reiter” (2011) and “Magritte” (2011/12) exhibitions.

FSC Pöls soccer

The main task is to create optimum conditions for playing soccer in junior, competitive and hobby teams.
The goal is to retain young players in the club with the help of qualified coaches and by offering them an opportunity to enjoy physical activity, team spirit, varied training, the use of all players and praise rather than criticism. Preparing young players for the first eleven is the main priority.

  • For the people and our society.
We think about tomorrow together. We collaborate with companies and support initiatives that share our values. Because only together can we ensure that we grow together and learn from one another.

We are missing a great opportunity to do good?

Let’s help each other.

We support projects, initiatives and companies that share our values. We are always open to new ideas and projects.
