Own paper products

Heinzel Group’s paper production is today spread across three key locations. In Laakirchen, we offer versatility with both container board and supercalendered (SC) publication paper. Raubling is manufacturing container board. While at Pöls, in addition to their pulp production, is producing high-grade bleached kraft paper. With the acquisition of the Steyrermühl mill, a state-of-the-art machine producing both bleached and unbleached kraft paper will start up later in 2024.

    Laakirchen Papier AG's PM11 sets the standard, producing 350,000 metric tons of supercalendered uncoated publication paper (SC paper) for magazines, brochures, advertising material, and newspaper supplements. Branded under "grapho," our SC products are the preferred choice for web offset and gravure printing among leading publishers and printers.
